Kevin Ruppelt - President and CEO

Kevin Ruppelt, President and Chief Executive Officer, has nearly 30 years experience building and leading diverse, high-performing businesses. Kevin took on the role of President and CEO at Eemax in June 2009. Previously with General Electric, Kevin comes from a diverse background in the water, renewable energy, warranty management, consumer and commercial goods industries, with success in developing teams and integrating sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to deliver optimal results. His immense passion for leading businesses and developing products from concept to commercialization including domestic and international business partnerships is what contributes to continued professional success. As President and CEO, Kevin uses his vision for progressive solutions to guide Eemax into a high growth, innovative, and customer focused business.

David Brault - CFO

David Brault, Chief Financial Officer, has over 25 years finance and operations experience and joined Eemax in February 2009. Prior to joining Eemax, David was either COO or CFO for a number of public and private companies in the promotional products, software and furniture industries. David specializes in helping high growth companies grow efficiently and profitably.

Rich Corcoran - V.P of Sales

Rich Corcoran, Vice President of Sales, is a proven organizational leader in the North American plumbing and heating industry. Rich brings 25 years of experience developing strategy, products, and organization for manufacturers of hydronic and plumbing products. Rich successfully develops sales, support, and products to meet customer needs and develops new market opportunities for professional installers and distributors.

Jeff Hankins - V.P of Operations and Technology

Jeff Hankins, Vice President of Operations and Technology, is responsible for leading the execution of Eemax Strategy by developing new products and transitioning them into production, improving production efficiencies and quality, establishing and maintaining supply chain excellence to achieve material cost reduction, and component quality excellence. In addition, Jeff is credited with positioning the company for rapid growth through the development of internal resources and the implementation of business systems, processes, and procedures. Prior to joining Eemax, Jeff received a Bachelors of Science degree from Purdue Mechanical Engineering Technology, and held strategic positions in Engineering and Manufacturing Operations at CIMC, Cincinnati Milacron, SPX, Dresser, Babcock & Wilcox, and McDonnell Douglas over the span of 25 years.

Aaron Siegel - V.P of Business Development and Strategic Accounts

Aaron Siegel joined Eemax in 1993 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where Aaron was responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for growing sales, launching marketing programs, targeting new customers, and developing existing accounts. He formulated company-wide sales objectives with a network of industry-leading domestic and export representatives and had direct responsibility for managing the Eemax sales organization. Under Aaron’s sales leadership, Eemax has experienced nearly two decades of dynamic growth. Most recently, Aaron was named Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Accounts, where it is his responsibility to identify and formulate plans to expand business through strategic partnerships, export market focus and to negotiate national account programs with leading wholesale distributors in the plumbing industry. Prior to joining Eemax, Aaron served as a Sales Manager at Shaw Industries based in Georgia, where he managed the Kentucky territory. While there, he was involved in the field sales training program and ranked as a top sales performer.

Mark Smola - Quality Assurance Manager

As Quality Assurance Manager, Mark is responsible for the Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement activities resulting in streamlined product development, productivity gains, and reduction of warranty costs. As a member of the Eemax team, Mark recently developed the Company Quality Policy that is acknowledged and supported by all personnel within the organization. Mark is credited for working with technicians and customers in the field, solving application issues, and developing corrective and preventative actions for current and future products.

Jens Bolleyer - VP of Marketing

Jens Bolleyer, Vice President of Marketing, joined Eemax in January of 2013 and leads the marketing organization in development and execution of strategies in the areas of marketing communication, customer relationship management, as well as product and channel marketing. Jens comes to Eemax from industry leading public and private companies, where he gained experience through various assignments in marketing, sales management and business leadership.

James Lawson - Customer & Technical Services Manager

James Lawson – Customer & Technical Services Manager, has over 15 years of Customer Service Management and IT service deployment/strategy experience. Prior to joining Eemax, James worked for Gartner Inc., in both analytical and customer service managerial support roles. James specializes in Contact Center business continuity process & technology improvements within the enterprise.
