Three Phase™ tankless electric water heaters deliver endless hot water for commercial or industrial applications. Models range from 18kW up to 32kW for applications with a hot water demand under 5.0 GPM. Unit options are available for applications that require a factory-set temperature and also for multiple lavatory and sanitation applications. Models with the “T2T” suffix have a maximum flow rate of 4.0 GPM while the “T3” suffix models have a maximum flow rate of 5.0 GPM.
The temperature rise required between the incoming and output water temperatures is calculated by the control board which then regulates the amount of power applied to the heating elements.
Eemax tankless units are up to 90% smaller than water heater tank. The compact size and wall mounting allow for an easier installation and saves valuable floor space.
