I’m pleased to update everyone on Eemax’s fourth quarter American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund promotion that was offered to our buying group partners. This promotion provided a 6% lift to year-over-year sales during the promotional period. More importantly, Eemax donated $47,011.37 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. These funds will be used to help the many people affected by storms and wild fires. This donation is a direct result of all of your efforts, thank you!
2018 is already setting up to be an exciting year. As you know, we introduced our new line of LavAdvantage™ electric tankless water heaters. The rest of our handwashing offering will be enhanced over the next several months, giving Eemax the best—and most comprehensive—point-of-use product offering in the industry. On top of that, we will launch a new, instant-hot product that is best-in-class. Stay tuned for more information on specific launch dates, webinars, and marketing support materials.
Our sales goals and budgets are approved and set for 2018. Your Regional Sales Managers will work with each of you to finalize your account and territory plans. These plans are working documents that enable us to stay focused and achieve our goals. Your plans need to support our new product launches, national accounts, buying groups, and local partners.
Training remains a focus for us in 2018. Within the next few months we will have 4 state-of-the-art Innovative Learning Centers (ILC) in CT, GA, TX, and CA, available to train and promote the entire Eemax product portfolio. Our expert training team has developed sessions specific to our target audiences, whether it’s a plumber/contractor, engineer, distributor or sales agency. The content for these sessions is pre-set. All you have to do is look at the schedule and pick the session you want to attend. It doesn’t get any easier. The ILC centers provide a resource that none of our competitors can duplicate.
I have high expectations for 2018 and know we are all up to the challenge. Work closely with your Regional Sales Managers to ensure we are providing the resources you need to achieve your goals.
