Meet Paul PittsCustomer Service Lead
In 2004, with a background in food service-based team management, Paul arrived at Eemax and moved quickly from the factory to our customer service center where he now supervises a team of five technical support personnel.
“Through the years I’ve established good rapport and strong relationships with many of our manufacturer’s representative personnel—and even our wholesale base—assisting with order entry, processing return authorizations, heater specifications, sizing, and troubleshooting,” reflects Paul. “I really enjoy supporting people, it’s very rewarding. At the end of every day I know that I have made a difference helping people to essentially get out of ‘hot water’ by getting them back into hot water (literally).”
Today, Paul’s focused initiatives as our Customer Service Lead insure a great all-around customer experience and promotes a trust in Eemax that the customer can count on when looking for a complete electric tankless hot water solution.
